Brandon P. Brousseau

Brandon P. Brousseau is an associate at Parker Mills LLP with extensive experience in professional liability, real estate, and general business litigation.  Mr. Brousseau has practiced for over 10 years defending and prosecuting a wide variety of cases and is well-versed in California’s Code of Civil Procedure.  Originally focusing on real estate broker and agent defense, Mr. Brousseau has extended that experience to all areas of professional liability and now applies that knowledge to legal malpractice contexts.

In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. Brousseau has handled transactional matters in both an in-house and outside counsel capacity.  These transactional matters range from complex permitting and entitlement issues to simple contract reviews, with deal values between $600,000 and $230,000,000.  In turn, Mr. Brousseau uses his transactional experience to add insight to his handling of business litigation matters, and vice-versa.
