James M. Bejjani
James M. Bejjani is an associate at Parker Mills LLP with extensive experience representing start-ups, established businesses, and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation, including professional liability, employment, real estate, and business litigation. Prior to joining Parker Mills, Mr. Bejjani’s practice primarily focused on general, professional, automobile, and premises liability, personal injury, as well as business and real estate litigation.
He has also represented employers and businesses at mediation, arbitration, and in federal and state court against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, as well as wage and hour and Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) violations.
In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. Bejjani has handled matters related to commercial and residential real estate financing and sales. These matters have ranged from complex purchase agreements to contract and leases. He uses his broad range of experience to guide clients towards creative solutions that deliver value and meet each client’s business needs and objectives. Mr. Bejjani is also a licensed real estate salesperson with the California Department of Real Estate.
Prior to working in private practice, Mr. Bejjani served as a judicial extern for Federal Magistrate Judge, the Honorable Tonianne J. Bongiovanni for the U.S.D.C for New Jersey. He also volunteered for the New York City Bar Estate Planning Project (PELP) where he offered pro bono estate planning services to indigent and low income New Yorkers.
